Extra-Large Items

These are items that need two or more people to lift and/or special tools or equipment to move.

Examples include: Large appliances, entertainment centers, china cabinets, wardrobes, dining tables seating 8 or more, executive desks, and electric recliner couches. These items are either very heavy or bulky enough to require extra effort or equipment for safe handling.

Large Items

Items that require two people to carry but do not need special equipment.

Examples include: Dining tables with 6 seats or fewer, dressers, buffets/sideboards, standard desks, couches or loveseats, rugs larger than 5×7 feet, electric recliner chairs, and sectional sofas (each piece is counted separately). These are manageable by hand but still require a team lift.

Medium Items

Items that one person can lift and carry without assistance.

Examples include: Desk or dining chairs, stools, ottomans, end tables, rugs up to 5×7 feet, and wardrobe boxes. These are lighter household items that can be easily moved by one individual.

Boxes and Bags (Clothing & Housewares)

Items packed in containers that one person can carry safely.

A box refers to a cardboard or plastic container with manageable contents, while a bag can be any sack or tote holding items like clothes, linens, small kitchenware, decor, shoes, or books.
Please ensure all containers are intact and free from damage. For fragile items such as glassware, we recommend wrapping them securely, labeling the box, or informing the hauler during pickup.

Stair Carry (No Elevator)

If the pickup involves stairs and no elevator is available, please indicate how many flights need to be navigated. Note: Some elevator types may come with additional fees.

Disassembly Required

If any item needs to be disassembled using tools before removal, please mark it accordingly, as this may involve an added service charge.
