Unlike free charity pickups, ReSupply covers fuel, labor, and logistics costs so charities don’t have to. This ensures fast, professional, and reliable pickups.
Yes, the final cost is confirmed on-site by the hauler. Factors include item condition, added/removed items, stairs, disassembly, and recycling/disposal needs.

No, there are no cancellation fees at this time.
Yes! ReSupply accepts most items, regardless of condition. If a charity won’t take an item, the hauler will try another charity. If no charity can accept it, items will be responsibly recycled or ethically disposed of.
Your hauler will make additional stops at other charities when possible. If no donation option works, the item will be recycled or disposed of for an additional fee.

Hazardous items cannot be accepted. Examples include:

  • Paint, pesticides, and industrial solvents
  • Fluorescent bulbs and mercury batteries
  • Gas or oil-powered motors
  • Medical waste (needles, sharps, human tissue, etc.)
Appliances are heavy, often need proper disconnection, and are only accepted by charities if working and under 5–8 years old. If not accepted, they must be recycled as hazardous waste, which adds cost.
Yes! You’ll receive a digital tax receipt after your donation is delivered to a charity.
ReSupply works with licensed, insured professionals like Junk Removal Now who pass background checks and maintain high service ratings.
You’ll receive the hauler’s name/company via text/email before pickup.
All haulers are vetted, trained, insured, and experienced in moving items safely, including heavy and bulky donations.
ReSupply will attempt to dispatch another truck or reschedule your pickup promptly.
Haulers have a 24-hour window to deliver donations. If delayed, ReSupply will resolve the issue or reschedule.
A COI proves a hauler has proper insurance. If your building requires one, request it at booking or at least three business days before your pickup.
